1. To prepare & review new mold testing.
2. To conduct mold trials (hands on) & derive the right values of molding parameter.
3. To apply good process & monitor it to ensure part consistency meeting customer requirements.
4. To meet the deadline for new mold testing.
5. To prepare mold trial report & molding parameter sheet.
6. To participate in all the mold testing related activities.
7. To assist/train mold setters & technician, as part of continuous improvement program to reduce mold testing time.
8. To ensure a smooth transferring of tested molds to production team.
9. To follow up on the tool modification according to the testing reports with tool makers.
10. Reporting to Engineering manager weekly on the testing summary, optimization process and etc.
11. To come out with molding work instruction and periodic mold-maintenance suggestions.

1. Degree/diploma in engineering field.
2. Understanding of basic injection molding process, APQP, FMEA, Internal Audit, MSA, SPC, TS16949, PPAP, Poka Yoke. Knowledge in scientific molding process optimization will be added advantage.
