Job Description

• To issue purchase order for the purpose of items in accordance to orders received from sales and production department.
• Purchase orders for the production of goods.
• Purchase orders for operating materials-cover all materials and stationeries for the day –to-day operation of the company.
• Sourcing for new suppliers and do a price comparison.
• To evaluate the quality of suppliers on a year to year basis.
• To confirm receipt of purchase orders by relevant parties for co-ordination of delivery time and ensuring quality and specifications of items are up to par.
• Sorting delivery order and specifications or item are up to par.
• Submission of completed purchase order to accounts department.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with supplier on time delivery.
• To ensure and practice a proper filing system.
• To perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Secondary School/SPM.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Language requirements: Writing & Speaking: English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience requirements: • Preferably min. 1 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing/similar field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
